What are we looking for

• Prefer firms within TMT or GRC sectors but can be flexible depending on level of recurring revenue

• High ratio of recurring or predictable reocurring revenue

• Limited client concentration

• Business organically built over significant period of time

• Owner looking to partner to accelerate growth or looking to step back but agree to remain for handover period

• Low capital expenditure requirements

• Revenues up to £10m

• Consistent or growing revenues

• Minimum £0.5m EBITDA

• ~15% EBITDA margin
